A Stage 2 upgrade is designed to unlock additional performance from your Harley-Davidson by improving airflow and optimizing engine efficiency. This upgrade enhances throttle response, torque delivery, and overall rideability while maintaining reliability when installed and tuned correctly.

A typical Stage 2 installation may include camshaft upgrades, valve train components, and supporting hardware depending on the build and performance goals.

Our Stage 2 installation service includes:

• Pre-installation inspection of engine condition and supporting components
• Professional installation of camshaft and required valve train components
• Inspection and replacement of gaskets, seals, and wear items where required
• Verification of cam timing and component clearances
• Inspection of oil system components during installation
• Replacement of oil filter
• Customer choice of standard or premium engine oil
• Reassembly following manufacturer torque specifications and procedures
• Post-installation system checks and engine operation verification

Note: ECM tuning is charged separately. Customers who previously completed Don Performance tuning with us will receive Stage 2 retuning free of charge.
