3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be completely accurate.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices are subject to change without notice, including due to fluctuations in foreign exchange (FX) rates and supplier pricing.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their motorcycle prior to purchase. All compatibility details, including any exceptions, are clearly stated in the product description.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We accept payments via secure methods offered at checkout.

Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed on a weekly cycle. Orders received and fully paid for before Monday 3:00 PM will be included in that week’s order. Any orders received after this time will be processed in the following week’s cycle.

Urgent orders may be accommodated upon request and will be subject to additional charges, reflecting expedited handling and shipping costs incurred by Clubstyle Dubai.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. Additional verification may be required before processing certain orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

Clubstyle Dubai is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers once the order has been dispatched.

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with appropriate evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.

Clubstyle Dubai is not responsible for parts ordered that are not compatible with your motorcycle where compatibility information has been clearly provided.

7. Product Use & Installation Disclaimer

Clubstyle Dubai is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use of products. Professional installation is strongly recommended where applicable.

By purchasing from Clubstyle Dubai, the customer acknowledges responsibility for the proper selection, installation, and use of all products.

Certain products may be intended for off-road or racing use only and may not comply with local road regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold “as is”. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer and must be handled directly with them. Clubstyle Dubai does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.
