At Clubstyle Dubai, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and clear refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is not a sale/discounted item or non-returnable item (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, gift cards, or personalized products).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Underwear, swimwear, or innerwear
Beauty & skincare products
Items marked “final sale”
Customized or personalized items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at contact@clubstyledubai.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received a free gift with your order, it must also be returned unused, or the retail value may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us immediately at contact@clubstyledubai.com with photos.
We will arrange for a free replacement or refund, based on your preference.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing.
