Comes with upgraded high quality flanged screws in 3/8-24 x 1-3/4" and 5/16-18 x 3/4" that will not fail. - Includes washers - 12-point heat-treated 8740 chrome moly steel and black oxide finish - Precision-engineered rolled threads for optimal engagement - Even load distribution with enhanced under head flange -Unmatched strength that surpasses grade 8 fasteners.
