Used for tightening head bolts; after which an additional torque angle is required. After tightening to recommended torque; attach flexible clamp to any fixed object. Loosen dial screw and set rotating pointer to zero. Re-tighten dial screw and tighten bolt with a 1/2" drive ratched to specification.
