Terms and Conditions for Don Performance Tuning

Motorcycles Accepted for Tuning

• Tuning services are exclusively for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Motorcycles must be in good mechanical condition, free of major defects or error codes. Any detected issues must be resolved prior to tuning.
  

Pre-Tuning Inspection Requirements

• The motorcycle's battery must be healthy and fully charged. Weak or failing batteries will delay or cancel the tuning session.
• Tire pressure sensors (if equipped) must show no error codes, and tires must be inflated to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure levels.
• Any aftermarket modifications that may affect tuning (e.g., exhaust systems, air intakes, or fuel systems) must be disclosed during booking.
  
  

Software and ECU Compatibility

• The motorcycle’s ECU must be compatible with Don Performance tuning systems.
• Don Performance is not responsible for issues arising from previously installed third-party software or unauthorized modifications.
  
  

Parts and Accessories

• Any required replacement parts or upgrades for the tuning process must be provided in advance or purchased from Don Performance at an additional cost.
• The customer must inform Don Performance of any aftermarket parts installed that could impact tuning, such as upgraded fuel systems, injectors, or sensors.
  
  

Liability and Warranty

• Don Performance guarantees the tuning process adheres to professional standards. However, performance tuning may void the manufacturer’s warranty, and customers accept full responsibility for this.
• Don Performance is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing issues or undisclosed modifications.
• The tuning results may vary depending on the motorcycle's condition and modifications. No guaranteed horsepower or torque gains are promised.
  
  

Post-Tuning Requirements

• Customers are advised to avoid aggressive riding for the first 30 Km to allow the tuning to settle properly.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring the motorcycle's performance post-tuning and reporting any issues immediately.
  
  

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid penalties.
• Tuning sessions may be rescheduled if the motorcycle fails the pre-tuning inspection, but additional charges may apply for wasted time or resources.

• Tuning services provided by Don Performance are for recreational use. Customers are responsible for ensuring their motorcycle complies with local regulations for road use.

Payment Terms
