Woven; hand laid carbon. Made from a sheet of carbon fiber fabric woven in a crisscross pattern. Laid by hand into a mold; then cured in resin. The fabric layers are aligned in specific directions for strength.Carbon fiber front fender. Ultra light weight; just around 600 grams; and manufactured from highest quality pure carbon fiber. This makes this fender a must have add-on for any performance bagger. It shaves-off up to 4kg in weight when compared to the stock steel fender. Comes pre-drilled with fender spacers for a quick bolt-on application.
