These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products and services from Clubstyle Casa - F.Z.E, trading as Clubstyle Dubai ("Clubstyle", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase from this site.

2. Products and fitment. We make every effort to display products, specifications, and pricing accurately, but errors can occur and images may differ slightly from the physical item. You are solely responsible for verifying that a product fits and is suitable for your motorcycle. We recommend professional installation, and we are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

3. Road use and compliance. Some performance products — including exhaust systems, intake components, and ECU tuning devices or services — are designed for closed-course or off-road use and may not comply with road-use regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product or modification complies with applicable laws, including UAE traffic regulations and vehicle testing and registration requirements. Modifications may affect your vehicle's manufacturer warranty, registration, and insurance coverage.

4. Pricing and payment. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding, or cancel the order and refund it in full. Payment is due at checkout via the methods shown.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched or the service is performed. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

6. Workshop and tuning services. Services are performed to the agreed job description with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical conditions or defects discovered during work, and we will inform you before proceeding with any additional work.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising out of any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site (text, images, logos, and code) is the property of Clubstyle Casa - F.Z.E or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of products, unlawful vehicle modification, or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates [and the Emirate of Dubai], and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
