Processing. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays). Special-order items sourced from our European and US suppliers typically arrive in 7–21 days — we'll confirm the lead time before you commit.

United Arab Emirates. Delivery by courier: next-day in Dubai and 1–3 business days across the UAE. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

GCC. We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, typically within 3–7 business days. Any freight fare, import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

International. Available on request — contact us for a quote before ordering.

Oversized items. Exhaust systems, wheels, seats, handlebars, and other bulky items may require a custom shipping quote; we'll contact you before dispatch if so.

Tracking. You'll receive tracking details by email [or WhatsApp] as soon as your order ships.

Collection. Free pickup is available from our Dubai location during opening hours 11AM - 6PM — choose "Pickup" at checkout and wait for the ready-for-collection confirmation before heading over.

Delivery issues. Inspect your parcel on arrival and report damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
