With gear drive easy start 551GE (.550" lift) bolt-in camshafts. If you''re into a set of new gear driven performance cams you may want to upgrade all the other components in there; because upgradable they are! This S&S kit contains a set of standard or easy start cams; a precision tolerance replacement oil pump; cam support plate; performance hydraulic tappets and adjustable chromoly pushrods that can be fitted without disassembling the top-end. The effects? More consistent oil pressure and all cams are gear driven. Gear drive offers improved reliability; provide optimized cam timing with higher lift for better performance and reduced oil pump wear. All sets come with bolt-in cam shafts for ease of installation.
