Fits all H-D models that are equipped with the stock 3-bolt fender mounted license plate that have switched to side mount or an otherwise custom license plate location. Completely covers the footprint of the stock license plate bracket. Note: Also covers the 4th. hole found in some Dyna and Sportster models.
