Used to grip and open virtually all spring-type clamps on water cooled system etc. Jaw inserts are free-rotating for angle adjustments under load. The serrated jaw offers grip to help remove stuck hoses. With a box-joint design for light weight and excellent stability. With a push-button operated adjustable ratchet for quick diameter adjustments. Manufactured from special forged chrome vanadium tool steel that is multi-stage oil hardened. Comes with non-slip plastic coated grips; and a gray phosphate coating.
