Used to check the condition of the new or old interconnect seal H-D 45359-00 / MCS 981195. If seal leaks an over oil condition in the lower end can be created; resulting in increased oil carry over. Testing seal is advised each time the cam support is re-installed. Note: A leak-down tester; like JIMS 961581; is required
