An organic semi-metal compound; asbestos free. Manufactured for years with only minor improvements; it works excellently in touring applications and embodies the past; present and future of semi-metallic brake pads at Galfer. Still used in many OEM applications today. Semi Metal pads have an excellent coefficient of friction and less noise; less brake rotor wear and offer progressive and effective braking.
