    This adapter allows installation of ''open center'' spoke mount style brake rotors; like used on 14-up Touring; on to regular ''early style'' 5-bolt H-D hubs that are used in many custom steel or billet wheels. Manufactured from forged aluminum and CNC precision machined. Complete with hub mounting hardware.
