Chrome billet aluminum. For 1.25" diameter bars. Allows you to cut handlebars to make the pullback angle adjustable; similar to the Ness modular handlebars. Clamps are 4" long and feature an internal stop at 2". This allows to properly clamp 2" of each side of the bar for a secure hold. Incl. cutting and torqueing instructions for the included hardware.
