• Founder on the floor

The owner builds with the team — never just signs off. You speak to the person turning the wrench.

  • On-bike shake-down

Every build does a minimum 200 km of road testing on Dubai roads before you take it home.

  • No mystery parts

Every component is in our catalog or named-supplier custom-fab. You leave with the parts ledger.

  • 12-month work warranty

Our labor is backed in writing for a full year from delivery. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty separately.

FROM CONSULTATION TO KEYS

How a CSD build comes together

Six steps. No farm-outs. You're in the loop the whole way.

  1. Discovery call

Thirty minutes. You tell us what you ride and what bothers you about it. We listen, ask questions, and take notes.

  2. Design proposal

Within a week we send a mood board, full parts list with line-item pricing, and a delivery date. You approve before we lift a wrench.

  3. Intake

Drop your bike at our garage or we collect it from anywhere in the UAE. You're added to a private build channel — Thursday photo updates, every Thursday.

  4. Build

Engine, suspension, electrics, paint, sound — all under our roof. We don't farm out. Master technicians, V-twin specialists.

  5. Shake-down

Minimum 200 km of road testing. Dyno chart, alignment, brake bedding-in — the lot — before you sit on it.

  6. Delivery

Full walk-through, dyno chart, parts ledger binder, owner's manual, and your keys. Twelve-month labor warranty starts the day you ride out.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions before you start

How long does a typical build take?

Six to twelve weeks, depending on scope and parts lead-time. Stage 1 bolt-on builds usually finish in four to six weeks. Stage 2 and 3 builds with imported parts run eight to twelve. We give you a delivery date in the design proposal and stick to it.

What brands do you build?

V-twins only — Harley-Davidson and Indian. We don't build sportbikes, scooters, or four-wheel. We're V-twin specialists by choice.

Can I bring my own parts?

You can — but with caveats. We'll evaluate them but cannot warranty work performed on third-party parts. For critical-path components (engine internals, suspension, brakes) we strongly recommend sourcing through us so the warranty stays intact.

Where is my bike kept during the build?

Secure indoor storage inside our 2,500 sqm Al Quoz facility. Twenty-four-hour CCTV, controlled access, climate maintained. The bike stays in the workshop the entire time — never moved off-site.

What are the payment terms?

Thirty percent deposit on design approval, thirty percent on intake, forty percent on delivery. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

Will the bike still be street-legal after the build?

Yes. Every Forty5° build is road-registrable in Dubai. We work within RTA noise and emissions guidelines and provide the documentation your registration center will ask for.

Do you build for customers outside the UAE?

Yes — across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman). We can also ship completed builds further but freight, customs, and registration in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. We'll help with the paperwork.
