Upgrade your Milwaukee-Eight’s factory plastic lifter guides with S&S billet aluminium tappet cuffs. Designed to help prevent lifter rotation under heavy loads, they improve stability with high-lift cams and higher RPM while allowing unrestricted vertical movement.
