Comes as backrest with post only; the receiver is not included but must be present in the seat. The backrest is fully back/front/up/down adjustable and will pivot to your back angle. Installs and removes easily and without tools. Will fold flat for best storage. Note: Will not fit solo seats or the H-D® Tallboy® seat.
