This Kraus Vector One axle adjuster is designed to keep your rear wheel aligned when putting the power down. Stock parts are effectively made for limited torque producing engines only and rear axle and axle adjusters may slip under load. Wheel misalignment can create speed wobbles; ill-handling effects and more of which nothing is good.
