Used to change the fork oil in full dressers. Around 2 hours would be expected when doing a fork oil change; this tool makes it around 30 minutes. Will work on all other models as well; except those with upside down or cartridge type forks. Note 1: The 978614 hand vacuum tool is required for use with the 978613 Vacuum fed fork filling tool. Note 2: Will not work on upside down or cartridge type forks.
