Big Bore Installation

Our Big Bore upgrade for Milwaukee-Eight engines is designed for riders who want real power gains — not just bolt-ons. We offer two installation paths depending on your current setup.

Option 1: Big Bore Installation (For Motorcycles Already Running S&S Stage 2)

This option is for bikes that already have a properly installed Stage 2 cam setup (e.g., S&S cam, upgraded cam plate, oil pump, lifters, pushrods).

Scope includes:

• Big Bore cylinders installation

• High-performance pistons installation

• Top-end disassembly & reassembly

• Gaskets, seals, required hardware

• Inspection of existing cam chest components

• ECU recalibration / dyno tuning required

This is the most cost-effective route if your cam chest has already been upgraded. You retain your existing performance cam and supporting components.

Option 2: Big Bore + Complete Cam Chest Upgrade (For Stock Stage 1 / No Stage 2)

This option is for motorcycles that do not yet have a Stage 2 cam upgrade.

Scope may include:

• Big Bore cylinders & pistons

• Performance camshaft

• Upgraded cam plate & high-flow oil pump

• Heavy-duty lifters

• Adjustable pushrods

• Cam bearings & related hardware

• Full cam chest service

• ECU recalibration / dyno tuning required

This is the recommended route for riders building from stock, ensuring reliability and proper oiling for the increased displacement.

Important Notes

• Final pricing differs between Option 1 and Option 2 due to parts and labor scope.

• Installation time and cost may vary depending on motorcycle condition (seized bolts, worn components, prior modifications, etc.).

• Proper tuning is mandatory after installation.

• We offer two oil options which are included in the cost of the service
